wi63 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "wi63," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the wi63 online gaming platform and its operators, operating under a valid Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) license.
• "Platform" means the wi63 website (wi63.cam), mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming services, features, and content.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any registered account holder who accesses or uses the wi63 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the wi63 Platform.
• "Real Money" refers to Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) funds deposited into a Player's wi63 Account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits credited by wi63 to a Player's Account, subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a game outcome using Real Money or Bonus Funds on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing wi63's operations.

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the wi63 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Any person under the age of 21 is prohibited from creating an Account, making deposits, or placing wagers on wi63. wi63 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the holder is found to be underage.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The wi63 Platform is operated and licensed for use within the Republic of the Philippines. Players must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in their specific jurisdiction before registering.

2.3 Registration Process

To create a wi63 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid mobile number, and a government-issued Philippine ID (such as PhilSys, SSS, GSIS, driver's license, passport, or postal ID). Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the wi63 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different personal details, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.5 Verification

wi63 reserves the right to verify a Player's identity, age, address, and payment method at any time, both at the point of registration and on an ongoing basis. Verification may include document submission (ID scan, proof of address, payment method screenshot) or additional checks conducted by wi63's compliance team. Accounts may be temporarily restricted pending successful completion of verification.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wi63 Account credentials, including your username, password, and one-time passwords (OTPs) received via SMS. You must not share your login details with any third party. wi63 will never request your password via email, Live Chat, or phone. Any unauthorized access resulting from a Player's failure to secure their credentials is the Player's sole responsibility.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your wi63 Account, you must notify wi63 immediately via Live Chat support. Upon receiving such notification, wi63 will temporarily lock the Account pending investigation. wi63 shall not be liable for losses incurred prior to such notification being received.

3.3 Account Accuracy

Players are responsible for keeping their Account information accurate and up to date. Changes to personal details — including mobile number, email address, or residential address — must be submitted through the Account Settings panel and may require re-verification. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed withdrawals or account restrictions.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wi63 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players:

• GCash (electronic wallet)
• Maya / PayMaya (electronic wallet)
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) — bank transfer
• BDO (Banco de Oro) — bank transfer
• Metrobank — bank transfer
• Coins.ph (cryptocurrency-backed wallet)
• USDT (Tether — USDT-TRC20 and USDT-ERC20 networks)

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a payment method registered to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will trigger a compliance review. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your wi63 Account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit, subject to KYC and AML verification. wi63 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within three (3) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes during business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

wi63 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC/AML verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where a Player's account is subject to a dispute. wi63 may request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal above certain thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR AML requirements.

5.1 Game Availability

wi63 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific game or the Platform as a whole. Games may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, provider outages, or other technical issues. wi63 shall not be liable for any losses attributable to a Player's inability to access a game during such periods.

5.2 Game Rules

Each game on the wi63 Platform has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. Bets placed in error are generally non-refundable; if you believe a technical error affected a game outcome, contact wi63 support within 24 hours of the event.

5.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game or system malfunction that affects the outcome or result of a wager, wi63 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. Any winnings derived from a clearly erroneous display of odds, jackpot amounts, or paytable values are void and will not be honored.

5.4 Random Number Generators

All game outcomes on the wi63 Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by independent third-party software providers. RNG software is regularly audited for fairness. wi63 does not manipulate, control, or have the ability to alter game outcomes after a wager has been confirmed by the system.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

wi63 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and bingo card credits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Contributing game categories and weightings vary — slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

wi63 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or terminate any Account where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to: bonus hedging across multiple accounts, exploitation of a clear error in promotion terms, use of automated scripts to trigger bonuses, or any other activity that wi63 considers in its sole discretion to constitute bonus abuse.

6.4 Modification and Cancellation

wi63 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotional terms already accepted by a Player in good faith will be honored for a reasonable period. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the wi63 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating more than one Account under any name, address, device, or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with any game on the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities and failing to report them to wi63 immediately.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of crime or fraud.
• Attempting to launder money through the Platform, whether through deposits, gameplay, or withdrawal patterns.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing wi63 staff, support agents, or other players in any form.
• Attempting to access or interfere with wi63's systems, servers, or databases without authorization.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.

wi63 is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR AML compliance requirements. We maintain a comprehensive AML program including customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD) for high-value accounts, transaction monitoring, and reporting obligations to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

wi63 is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the AMLC regardless of any confidentiality obligations. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation where transactions trigger AML reporting thresholds. All Player deposits, wagers, and withdrawal activity is logged, monitored, and may be reviewed by wi63's compliance team.

Attempted use of the wi63 Platform to launder funds or conceal the proceeds of illegal activity will result in immediate account closure, full fund forfeiture, and mandatory reporting to the AMLC and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies.

wi63 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the Platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gaming is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, Players are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their wi63 Account dashboard.

Available responsible gaming tools on wi63 include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a seven (7) day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts that notify the Player when a pre-set gaming session duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restriction periods of between 1 and 42 days, during which no deposits or gameplay are permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods of one (1) month to five (5) years, or permanently. Permanent self-exclusions are irreversible.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications displaying total time spent and net profit/loss during a gaming session.

Players who believe they or someone they know may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek support from the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) Philippines. PAGCOR also maintains responsible gaming resources accessible through the PAGCOR website.

All content on the wi63 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, trademarks, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of wi63 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) and applicable international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any wi63 content is strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement and/or breach of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wi63 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses attributable to game outcomes.

wi63's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from wi63's fraud or gross negligence.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wi63 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

Players may close their wi63 Account at any time by submitting a written request via Live Chat or email to the support address listed on this page. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Real Money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

wi63 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; evidence of fraudulent activity; AML compliance concerns; failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe; or at wi63's sole discretion where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon account termination for breach or fraud, wi63 reserves the right to withhold all Account balances pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, all balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to Philippine authorities.

wi63 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wi63 will provide reasonable advance notice via Platform notification, SMS, or email to the Player's registered contact details. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the wi63 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal action, Players are encouraged to submit disputes to wi63's internal dispute resolution team via Live Chat. For unresolved disputes involving a PAGCOR licensee, Players may also escalate the matter directly to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's published player complaint mechanisms.
